By commissioning Jason Wrong (the "Artist"), you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Client is responsible for providing as much detail as they can about the commission to avoid miscommunication. Any missing details or vague wording is subject to interpretation by the Artist. Both Artist and Client are responsible for communicating in a timely manner. The Artist reserves the right to delay work on the commission until a reply is received.
Streaming - The Artist actively stream commission work. If Client is not comfortable with this, please inform The Artist in the initial email. If the project takes extended amount of actual work time a confidentiality fee may apply which will be agreed to prior of invoicing. Both parties will be aware and sign a document in the form of a non disclosure agreement (NDA).
Delivery Time - Artist currently works a full time job and has limited time to put towards commission work. The Artist will work as quickly as is possible and will be transparent when informing Client of schedules and expected delays. Please inform The Artist in your initial email if Client is under a time constraint.
The Artist reserves the rights to display the completed commission on any platform for publicity and portfolio use.
Unless otherwise stated, all commissions are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 License, as of update 12/28/2025.
Clients may share the completed commission under the condition that they attribute the work to the Artist. Commissions are for personal use only. Clients may not use the commission for commercial purposes, unless agreed to by both parties during the initial correspondence phase. Client must pay the agreed upon up-charge for commercial use during the payment process. Clients may not edit, alter, or transform the commission.
Clients may not share any WIPs or incomplete material of the commissions received without the Artist’s consent.
Clients may not resell or redistribute the works without the Artists prior permission.
The rights to the characters represented in commissions belong to their respective owners.
Such artwork cannot be used in Ai Training/ Ai Work.
4. Commercial Use
Artist may ask the client for permission to print the final artwork for sale or sell the final artwork on digital marketplace such as gumroad or patreon. The Client has the right to refuse.
The Client may request commercial use rights. It is at the Artists discretion whether the commercial use charge is royalty or additional upfront cost based. The price will be agreed to by both parties prior to the final invoice.
Commercial Use for figures include the right to reproduce for sale, but not the rights to alter the final product.
The commission must be paid for in full upfront. The only accepted currency is USD. The Artist will invoice the client via Paypal after discussing the commision parameters and both parties approve the commission request.
The Artist is not obligated to begin any work until payment is received.
Special cases for commissions larger than $400 USD can be made at The Client's request but are rendered at The Artist's discretion.
1. Blockout Phase, which constitutes rough posing and ideas.
2. Detail Phase, which constitutes finalization of sculpts and details.
3. Digital Delivery Phase, which constitutes the delivery of STL files.
4. Printing Phase (If Purchased, if not skip to Delivery Phase), which constitutes the printing, cleaning, and sanding of the model.
5. Painting Phase (If Purchased, if not skip to Delivery Phase), which constitutes the priming, painting and finish coating of the model.
6. Delivery Phase, which constitutes the packaging and logistics of delivery of final product. ALL delivery fees at the expense of Client.
The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unfair cancellations will not result in a refund to the Client. Cancellations are unfair if:
1. The Client cancels an in-progress commission without a valid justification.
2. The Client attempts to chargeback payment.
Fair cancellations will issue a full refund to the Client. Cancellations are fair if:
1. The Artist cancels the commission without a valid justification.
2. The Client requests a cancellation before work has begun.
Note that any transactions fees that occur as a result of a valid refund will be at The Client's expense.
Upon delivery of a completed commission, Clients have no right to request a refund or file a chargeback against The Artist under any circumstances.
When a commission is completed, the Client will receive an render digitally in the form of a .jpeg or .png file, a model in the form of an .stl file, and or a model in the form of a resin print (painted or unpainted). The model may be marked with the Artist’s signature in a non-central area such as a base or internal component. The Artist will not provide the zbrush or non split .stl files under any circumstances.
Upon confirmation and receipt of the completed commission, the Artist is no longer obligated to make any changes to the model.
